Houstonian Club Membership includes 200+ complimentary group exercise classes every week. Classes are held in our five studios, three pools or our many outdoor venues.
The broad range of formats includes traditional group exercise, as well as cycle, kickboxing, weight training, yoga, Pilates and a variety of dance classes. Intensities range from calm to exceptionally rigorous, so classes can be enjoyed by Members of all ages and fitness levels.
